Spicy avocado dip

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 jalapeño chili pepper with seeds, minced

2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped

Pinch freshly ground black pepper


Directions:

  • Mince chili pepper in a mortar
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit & scoop out the flesh
  • Add avocado flesh to minced chili & mash it roughly
  • Add lime juice & season with salt and black pepper
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro/coriander.


Serve immediately
