May is the season of fresh green salads and it is in full swing!

Watercress salad with pear and soft goat cheese

Serves: 2


Ingredients:

3 cups of watercress
1 pear 
Soft goat cheese to sprinkle


Vinaigrette:
1 tbsp ume-vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil


Preparation:


Vinaigrette
whisk ume-vinegar with olive oil until smooth in a little bowl


Salad 
Combine watercress, pear, in a large bowl. Drizzle with enough vinaigrette to lightly coat, and toss to combine. Top with soft goat cheese. Serve immediately.
